NADA Trade Show Presentation
My speaker friend does a presentation every year at the National Auto Dealers Association annual conference, and I’ve helped her put it together the past several years. For 2024, we adapted her talk about developing culture in a company and why it matters for employee recruiting and retention.
Powerpoint
The slides are featured below, a key piece I have to deliver several months before the event. My focus is always on finding engaging images that can help her tell the story and the audience to connect with the content. There’s almost always animation of some sort and clever use of transition where possible.
Workshop Handout
This year, we also had a handout with an activity for attendees to walk them through thinking about their culture and getting strategic about it rather than just letting it happen. It was included in the app with the slides, so digital only.
Sample slides
A few of the slides used in this project. The template came from the show, so we had to use that as the base. A few of the full-slide images were taken from videos used in a previous (and very large version) so the texture was added to them and others to create a more consistent look for the pictures.
The slides are shown on small-ish TV screens at the event, so a lot of text is just too difficult for anyone to see or read, thus the emphasis on full-screen pictures.
Video
A quick video of the slides just to show some of the animation used. (There is sound, but it’s just music.)
